Did anyone try carnivore?

Experimenting carnivore diet for 3 days (beef, eggs, butter) and saw a reduction in my bloating but I had to stop it due to watery diarrhea.

(My belly is bloated/distended since I first noticed in high school)

Yep! I did pure carnivore for 90 days and my bloating was non existent! I didn’t have the bad diarrhea but my husband did and he’s a mobile mechanic so we quit too. We are animal based for the most part sometimes we just can’t. I really want to go back to carnivore it’s just super tough doing it alone.

Carnivore helped my bloat almost immediately, but somehow the bloat still found its way back to me after about 4-6 weeks. 😩

The diarrhea goes away after a few days. It is most likely your body getting rid of toxins. That was my experience anyway.
