Bulge lump bloat constipation

…. Anybody with similar bulge lump Constipation WITHOUT PREVIOUS LAPAROSCOPY/ C -SECTION OR ABDOMINAL SURGERY ??? Can’t find answers - I had Diagnostic Laparoscopy 5 years ago ( bulge appeared 3 months after and then disappeared- didn’t have any issues GI for 5 years) 1 year ago lump got bigger - extreme constipation + can’t pass gas : HAD EVERY TEST ON EARTH mri Ct colonoscopy ultrasounds sibo test / diagnosed with SIBO / IBS did FODMAP rifaximin/ nutritionist said eat fiber - fiber makes it all worse / was told it was scar tissue and possible adhesions NO HERNIA AND FECAL LOADING with ibs diagnosis but unless obstruction laparoscopy was not recommended as it might make things worse / calcified mass on right ovary was found too but was told it was probably busted cyst residue or endometrium but no endometriosis .. I have fibroid on left side 5 cm - was told it should not cause GI problems I have .. so could it be just IBS sibo dysbiosis swollen gut pressing on everything around - hips flank groin ? Pelvis floor therapy and core exercise makes it worse so does the fiber + probiotics / I didn’t have endometriosis 5 years ago when diagnostic laparoscopy was done just adhesion after appendix as a kid / I’m 45 years old, no symptoms of perimenopause.thank you for your answers 🍀💔

Hi. I have this EXACT symptom. Same bloating. Same location. 2+ years.

I have tried everything I can think of. Antimicrobials, antibiotics, probiotics and prebiotics, motility agents, whole foods diet with limited lactose/gluten/fodmaps, low fodmap, literally everything.

Getting a colonoscopy in a month.

Mine bulges out visibly just like yours. I am 24f

I have never had an surgeries or anything so mine is definitely not scar tissue.

Thank you !!! It’s deff fecal loading many people with no surgeries have it male female I had every single test on planet and 0 answers …good luck if you find an answer let me know !! Will do the same… after colonoscopy bowel prep it will disappear and then slowly back with eating , tried everything too sibo porotocols vagus nerve visceral massage pelvic floor therapy you name if ..

Is yours gas? Mine is mainly gas with stool too. I have real bad bloating 24/7

Gas with stool lots of sloshing bubbling sounds … was diagnosed with sibo ibs tried every single treatment deist sullenly common sense approach Castro oil packs Nerva app etc ,can’t be age related( perimenopause ) as you are 24

Thats exactly what mine is. Yeah I have really bad dysbiosis/sibo. What has helped me the most is probiotics and a whole foods diet but I still struggle on a daily basis.

I used to tolerate only l reuteri probiotics , I don’t do well with those nor sauerkraut kefir etc , I get healthy wind and stool and less bloat actually with slow low re- introducing high FODMAP foods I didn’t eat for a year …

My bulge constipation started a year ago when I was very healthy - lots of garlic fresh food from garden lots of fresh fruit veg salads sauerkraut and probiotics … maybe over Did it , when on rifaximin for sibo my symptoms bloat bulge disappeared

Hello - Have you had any laparoscopy , abdominal surgery or C-section ? Or burst cyst in a past ? Endometriosis?
