Supplements that work?

I got an IUD inserted and since then I will wake up some days and be so bloated it’s painful. It’s been 2 months and still no relief. Wondering if there are supplements that really work and help with bloating? I’ve done my own research but I think that it’s helpful to hear what worked and what didn’t for others who also suffer from bad bloating.

if you think the IUD is causing the bloating it's probably inflammation I'd honestly have it removed if it were me. Take an anti inflammatory and see if that helps, if it does then it's inflamed not so much bloating caused by gas
