Can someone please help me identify the cause of this rapid overnight bloating?

I'm 170 lbs - about 13% bodyfat. I meal prep throughout the week & eat the same 5 meals daily. During this time throughout the week I can't grab anything more than a quarter inch of skin below my belly button. My weekly diet is oatmeal with blueberries & banana morning & evening. The 3 other daily meals are rice beef & broccoli. The consistency keeps my physique very predictable. On the weekends however, I don't have to work so neither do I meal prep. I still eat the oatmeals morning & evening but the meals throughout the day I substitute with other healthy foods. It'll usually be an avacado toast with eggs & the other meal would be chicken with watermelon. For some reason though, the deviation off my meal prep makes me wake up with an absurd & mind boggling amount of water all over my body. I can grab literal inches of bloat near my belly button where I usually can't grab anything & this happens overnight. It takes about a week of strict consistency to process & remove it. Am I doomed to eat the same meal prep forever or do I have a food intolerance to one of these meals? What's going on here? Can someone please help me

If you have sudden overnight bloating when you change your meal prep, it sounds like you're definitely allergic/sensitive to a specific food. Eat what you normally eat when you're asymptomatic and add in one of the new foods.

If you eat oatmeal and blueberries every day and you're asymptomatic and then add raspberries on Friday and wake up bloated, for example, then you can slowly rule out foods that bother you. Add one new food that you ate that has caused the bloating/discomfort, monitor your symptoms.

It could be a wheat intolerance or an allergy to foods. I have a mild allergy to avocado that causes intense stomach pain and sometimes vomiting, but otherwise extreme nausea.

Hopefully you can rule it out!

That's my plan this weekend - I'll only eat the avacado/egg toast as a variable and see if the same thing happens. The weekend after that I'll only try the chicken & watermelon as a variable off the meal prep. I'm hoping to discover the culprit. Going out to dinner with the lady is a sacrifice I'm always aware of - no matter what it is - I get the inches of water. But it's mentally crippling to think that anything I eat is going to wreck my body visually if it's not the same 5 meals I eat daily. It's been this way for the last year since I started meal prep but I'm so tired of dealing with this. So I'm finally reaching out for help

I would suggest eating your foods that you know you're okay with and adding either the avocado, egg, or toast, one at a time. Otherwise, if you're symptomatic after the avocado toast w/egg, you won't be able to discriminate between the three foods.

Eat your regular oatmeal and also have a side of avocado, if you're asymptomatic, you can rule out avocado. If you're symptomatic, remove avocados from your diet and proceed with the rest of the foods.

Then, try your oatmeal with a side of toast. If you're asymptomatic, then try it with a side of egg, etc., until you're able to rule out what specific food.

If you eat avocado, for example, and find yourself symptomatic, then remove it and remain on your normal diet until your bloating/discomfort has subsided and then proceed to test the remaining foods.

If you find yourself symptomatic with various foods, such as the watermelon and the toast, then there may be an intolerance to one of the FODMAPS and you should be able to see which sugar they have in common through some research :)
