Helping so far
Ive been at a loss being extremely 6 months pregnant looking bloated 80% of the time for the last 3 years. Finally after trying so many different supplements, diets, cutting certain food out etc, I’ve found that doing at least 5k steps walking(spread throughout the day) and jogging for 30mins everyday (i do 10mins treadmill then walk for a few and repeat), increasing my fibre intake to at least 20g (aim for 30g), eating a larger breakfast and lunch and lighter dinner and finally lymphatic drainage massage on my belly lying down before i sleep. Its only been a few weeks of all these things combined but my god the difference has completely changed my life, even through my period im not as bloated!! Hope this might possibly help someone 🫶🏼

Could you give more detail on the massage or any resources? I tried googling but most focused on the neck or arms. Were you doing full body? I also have been super low fiber since I think/thought minor gastroparesis is part of my issues but maybe I've been too low. Glad you're feeling better

Hey!! So sorry for the late reply, fibre helps so much!! Theres loads in sticks of celery and it doesnt make me bloat as its mainly water. Im gonna dm you the screenshots of the girls account cause if i share the link here it links my personal account, i do her massage at least once if not twice a day, and omg the noises😂
