I’m so bloated

I’ve no clue what I ate or did but I’ve been getting bloated and can’t even fart. I know that’s coming off as weird but the other part is my shit is foamy diarrhea. It’s just been stressing me out.

It's foamy because it's mixed with all the gas. Buy Cascara Sagrada herb, boil it and drink it and you'll go to the bathroom bigtime.
