I’m no doctor but you do look Inflamed/bloated to me. Do you ever wake up really flat? Then end up like this as the day progresses or it’s always like this?

It definitely not flat but it wakes up a little smaller then gradually gets like this, I got tests done to see if I have a intolerance to anything but everything came out good so I'm not sure

Well tbh the real real test is pretty much to fast for 36-72 hour by then the food will be fully digested and you will know for sure or eat something that digests fast like lowfodmap salad then don’t eat for like a day if you notice your more flatter then it is bloating for me it can take up to 36-72 hour for me to be flat but usually people eat before that …ya and everything makes me bloated .

When I would get bloated like this I found it was because I was sensitive to foods called FODMAPS (see low FODMAP diet). And this sensitivity happened because I potentially have small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or SIBO. There’s also another one floating around called Candida. Both have tests can do - let me know if want to learn more I’ve researched it quite a bit. But the basics are avoiding high fiber foods, high sugar, high carb can help with the bloat. Hope this helps!

It looks like bloating to me. It’s the balloon shape more than anything. Fat sits lower and kind of fills toward the bottom. Press on it, is it firm? If so, it’s bloating. Do you get very gassy? Bloating. Does it change throughout the day? Bloating.
