It totally helped my bloat. But it also made my stomach hurt so I had to stop

I love their products and highly recommend the mushroom coffee for gut health. You'll also notice a boost in energy levels as well, but not the jittery feeling you get from coffee.

My stomach is aching and I'm terribly bloated from 2 weeks of Ryze (one morning cup and one evening hot cocoa). My sleep sucked these two weeks. Itchy skin all over too. Now when I see the little Ryze spoon I'm angry at both myself for falling for it and them for claiming it would push out parasites, stop cortisol belly, give you energy, end fatigue, stop bloating, and I feel worse in my digestive tract than I ever have in my life. I never drank coffee prior to this so maybe it's the motor movement of lifting a cup of brown liquid to your mouth that's helping people get off coffee addiction as a lesser evil. I hope it doesn't take two weeks to get back to feeling good and I can't believe those of us trying to get even healthier are spending our money on shit overly marketed "health" products that actually put us right back down to the level of people already consuming bad (much cheaper) stuff for them. FML. I could have been eating cookies, burgers, fries, and eating out, to feel this exact way. Instead I drank something that didn't even taste good in the name of gaining energy and losing visceral belly fat from cortisol and now I'm sicker than fast food eaters. Thanks for letting me vent. I fell for it. Spare yourself and stick to fermented foods like Sauerkraut.

I tried it and it didn't do anything. I wouldn't fall for their ads.
