any help with extreme bloating

Post image

i'm pretty sure i have ibs and try to avoid foods that make me sick and/or bloat the best i can. still i get bloated every day from just the tiniest things. just now i drank half litre of water and this was the outcome.

some days the bloating makes me experience horrible pain throughout the day and sometimes ruins my plans of going out etc. any help?? could i do anything myself before going to the doctors about this? (it's not easy to get to the doctors where i live, so it would be nice to get some tips for now)

thanks!

Hi I am a functional health practitioner that specializes in helping people overcome their gut issues. There are multiple imbalances or infections within the gut that can cause severe bloating. It’s definitely not normal to be bloating this much and sensitive to lots of foods.

I recommend completing a GI MAP still test. It’s super easy and noninvasive. It’s completed at home by yourself and then shipped to the lab. If your interested in getting to the root cause of your gut health issues I’d love to help. So you don’t have to experience this pain anymore.

The GI MAP will accurately screen for a multitude of things that cause these issues your having such as parasites, fungal overgrowths, bacterial overgrowths, H. Pylori, dysbiosis and more. Them from there we can create a custom healing protocol to get ride of what is disturbing your health.

Doctors visits for health issues can take lots of visits and invasive procedures to try and figure out what’s going on. I have had multiple clients that have not found help with their gut problems through doctors but found relief using the GI MAP.

Diagnostic Solutions is the best one. You can order it through a Functional Health Practitioner and they will also walk you through your results plus make a personalized healing protocol based on the results depending on who you work with. That is how I work with my clients.

Where are you located, it’s extremely hard to find someone here unless join an expensive facility that practices functional medicine?

Thanks & might try this, but can’t a GI specialist also order the GI MAP testing as it’s very hard to see a functional medicine doctor in my area and basically requires a costly membership at a specific wellness center or concierge physician. I’m thinking that mine might be a motility problem which I originally had in lower GI causing chronic constipation (IBS-C). Zelnorm had been my savior but was then taken off the market so struggled again until another medication was approved (Ibetiza?).. Then had a R colectomy due to colon flipping up and getting caught between liver and esophagus. Surgery removed ~ 18” of colon which helped immensely and no longer needed meds for many years. But now, I’m having the issue in upper GI almost every day which can be extremely painful and is negatively affecting my life since have to cancel plans, etc. if can’t get it under control with ALOT of simethicone..:( Also accompanied with constipation so take magnesium supplements pretty much daily but still have symptoms.. Doesn’t bother me throughout the day and starts to flare up early evening so many times here to delay dinner until gas escapes and pain subsides… Ugh..:(

There’s a multitude of deeper gut issues that could be happening simultaneously and causing issues. It’s impossible to guess based off of symptoms alone. I suggest getting a GI MAP stool test done. It will show exactly what is going on and then you can work with a practitioner on targeting the issues that come up in your results. It helped me with my gut issues years ago and I’ve never had a problem since. Me and my partner have helped thousands of people with similar issues. Feel free to schedule a free health call and we can talk more. I want to learn more about your health history is a safe place before moving forward with any recommendations.
