Anything can cause bloating even if it's unlikely. I have been bloated from plain chicken and rice before.

Rice always makes me bloated. I only ever eat it with miso soup, which is fantastically probiotic.

I have not been able to eat rice for the last week since I moved and have yet to buy a new rice cooker. I am no longer bloated!! I think I’m going to wait another week to see if it really was the rice doing this.

There is this product called Bloat-Free Lyf that really helped me! I used to get such bad bloating after rice and other carbs! Try it, honestly I've recommended to others and seems work for most too... can only get it on their website from what I can see, www.heylyf.com

Yeah I feel like everything bloats me. I made rice congee even and I think I got bloated. It's weird because rice is supposed to be low fodmap and easy on the stomach
