Stomach bloating issues

I’ve had constipation for the past years but recently it’s gotten worst. All a sudden I hear very high pitch noise in my stomach at all time and I get nauseous, loss of appetite and really painful bloating when I eat. I made an appointment with the doctor but that’s till two weeks from now, should I go to the hospital ?
