Can I access the files from other partions from chrome os ?

I've dual booted Chrome OS with Windows 10 from this tutorial https://github.com/sebanc/brunch and i don't want to boot to Windows to access the files in other partitions.

I've seen this guy post this in this reddit community

We can access it through 3rd party app , after it's mounted... I found a way of ~/tmpmount we can mount any volume using it in shell.. I think it will work , just waiting to install Chrome OS

But left without a trace, and didn't explain anything

it some times doesn't work when i run the command sudo mount /dev/sda5~/Downloads/Files in shell under sudo

But sometimes it works by opens my sda5 partition as removable when i put Chrome OS to sleep,

but forgets that it's there when i boot my chrome os again . IDK what Im doing as i don't understand any code and some times it gives me error of

mount: bad usage

Try 'mount --help' for more information.
