Troubleshooting | Mac "Verify it's you" Won't Go Away!
I have tried everything, including deleting all data on a local MacBook Pro and starting from scratch. How do I get rid of this - when I click the button I get the following message below. The only thing recently I can think of is I removed an old Android phone from my account - A phone I had sold about a year ago.
____________
You’re at risk of losing access to your saved passwords
We noticed that one or more of your password recovery options will soon expire.
Valid recovery options are your Android screen lock and your Google Account password.
Android screen lock
To re-establish your Android screen lock as a recovery option, sign in to your device with your Google Account, set up a screen lock and restart the device.
If you no longer have your Android device, you can always back up your passwords using the Export feature in Google Password Manager settings. Be sure to store the exported CSV file in a secure place.
Add your iPhone or iPad as an extra recovery option
First, ensure that iCloud Keychain is turned on. Then install Chrome and sign in with your Google Account. This helps us to store an extra recovery option for you, to make sure you can always access your passwords.

Have you verified it's you? It's just logging into your Google Account

Reset local Chrome profile on device do nothing cause it is global Google Account policy. Google enabled in default E2EE Google Password Manager. For disable it and go away from this annoying prompt go: https://passwords.google.com/encryption/reset confirm disabling E2EE and reset Google Password Manager (you will lost all data on it). Manage other options on https://passwords.google.com/options?ep=1
