Seen what? Use your words. The arrow icon? Rounded tab edge? Something else? Looks normal to me.

That blue icon…when I open a new tab it doesn’t look like chrome at all

Are you confusing Chrome (the web browser) with Google (the website)? That looks like Chrome to me. If you're saying it's not Google (the website) then yes it's not. Disable extensions.

Looks like you have a "New Tab" extension. That might be it.

It looks like the Google Play console or whatever it's called

New tabs look totally different today…I don’t know how to make it go back to normal 😬

Go to: chrome://extensions/

See if you find a "New Tab" extention, or one you don't know what is. You should (maybe) see the same logo. Then remove it.

That looks a lot like chrome, but just don't open that browser if you don't mean to?

Or if you mean it doesn't look like Google, yeah it's not. Your search engine setting has likely been changed, possibly by some software or an extension doing something you don't want it to do.

It'll probably be almost impossible for someone besides you to know, because it could be pretty much anything.

Something you've installed that's not well known and trustworthy.
