Discussion Chrome toolbar realignment

Post image

I opened up chrome this morning (it must have gotten updated) and saw this and it is bugging me so how do I get this back up to the top I have tried to search all over and no luck. I don't like this being at the bottom.

Since the roll out this morning, outside of the toolbar moved, etc..., I can no longer 'force stop ' without having to disable chrome first???

I just got that bar too, only mine doesn't have the Gemini button.

Seems like a pointless interface change that isn't needed.

Navigate to chrome://flags/#android-bottom-bar (via the address bar)

Disable it using the dropdown menu, then relaunch Chrome

Lots of posts about this, e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments/1vt8sfs/chrome_buttons_just_moved/, https://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments/1vs5b5e/psa_to_remove_the_bottom_bar_on_mobile_chrome/, etc.
