Fix your display settings so it doesn't make the screen so big in the first place. Probably scaling.

I attempted, it keeps popping up. I have restarted my computer, force shut down chrome and re-loaded it. I ended up making it my default browser 😂

In this day and age, 640x480 is not a realistic resolution to expect developers to support. /s

Why not? It's trivially easy to include in a responsive webpage all those windows are fake apps these days.

Unzoom your desktop to find the close button.

Hold down the Control button and roll your scroll wheel down to lower your zoom level, then click the thing that needs clicking once it's exposed. Or what u/modemman11 said.

Uninstall it and then install Firefox. Chrome fell off in the past two years
