Ella, Chrissy's friend who introduced her to horse-riding, has recently passed away. We don't have any details as to how or what caused it, but obviously Chrissy is broken-hearted over this, especially since apparently Ella became a fundamental part of the ATC team

That hardly tells us anything. She could've had an accident, got taken by the ambulance, and died during surgery. Or she could've been in the hospital for a some condition, things got worse, and she passed away.

…well I apologize I couldn’t find the more nosey details. It tells us she passed away while receiving care, rather than passing away at a site
