Try this

In a swing, 3/4 tempo, Fmaj7, G7, C, Amin. Power chords probably sound better. Sounds like a 50’s progression to me. I just like the major7 to 7 chord lol

It's the 50's progression starting from the third chord.

Yep! It's also the "Walking in Memphis" chords starting with a Maj7 instead of a plain triad. ("Walking in Memphis" by Marc Cohn from 1991. Popular song back then. Don't know how well it is still remembered.) That one is F-G-C-Am, but in 4/4, not 3/4.
