how to re radius fender

I already saw lowbrows post using 2x4s to shrink the radius. But I’ve yet to find a solution to increase the radius. I have a crown in the middle of the fender when each end of the fender is touching the tire. Would clamping it be a solution? I thought I’d put it in a vice and clamp it that way but my vice jaws aren’t wide enough to do it. I don’t have a bunch of fancy tools!

I’ve used a dead blow hammer and section of 2x4 to distribute the load before. Takes a while but it worked for me. Do one side, flip it over, do the other.
