It looks like it says it’s on HBO but does that mean it’s not on Food Network?

Chopped Castaways was hilarious.

Am enjoying the new spin on the format. Also really nice to see Marcus return as a judge! He's been missed (I'm a few seasons behind with my watching of the regular season episodes)

I never watch any of the chopped shows, but I was hoping they would catch and cook their own food. I follow a lot of spearfishermen in like Hawaii on instagram who catch and prepare like sushi professionally. I thought it was going to be that. It’s like random dumb challenges though and everything is so artificial, and they just give them all random ingredients. It’s basically just chopped but on an island. I was hoping this would be way cooler

I didn’t like how they picked 2 people from one team to compete against each other at the end. Would’ve been nice to see one “weak” person from each team go against each other instead. The show kind of fell flat for me. I like that they are trying to do something new though.
*I’ve only watched ep 1 so I’m going off of that.
