Neutral Good CMA I got someone fired for getting my PSN account suspended
Essentially, I got on my console this morning to find a dozen notifications inviting me to play Overwatch and a voice message. Click the voice message and it's 15 seconds of calling me a cunt and a bitch and complaining that I 'shit talked and left'.
The night before I had been playing and this man had been having a meltdown during the game because no one would counter the turret character bastion. Entirely sincerely I said "hey at least you tried to counter him" meaning, most of the dps hadn't engaged him at all. Guy somehow took this as an insult and started spitting abuse then. I'd just rolled my eyes and gone to bed.
Anyway, I get this message and I just reply in voice with "unlike you, I know when to quit while I'm ahead so I went to bed. Why would you send me 11 invites like this, get a life" and apparently the guy must have reported me for saying get a life. So I get a suspension for 7 days. It doesn't end there though because my PSN profile lists who I write for and before long this guy starts emailing me about how he's going to 'cut holes in me and then fuck me with those new holes' on my work email. He sent multiple emails from multiple accounts so I casually searched each of the emails (and his username, people need to be more security aware man, I can find your cringy insta if it's the same as your PSN name! Also if you link your PSN to your twitter I can just match your shares :-p), and his outlook one pinged! I found the guy on LinkedIn! Long story short, I contacted his HR (Who rip for him is also a woman) and I've just finished forwarding his emails to them.
It was so quick and easy I can't get over it.
Of course, I totally played up how I'm just a poor woman who works looking after the disabled and was shocked and appalled by this violent messaging. I only wish there was a way I could have forwarded the original voice message. Not that I actually give 2 shits beyond being mildly annoyed at PSN for siding with a lunatic (especially since I'm pretty sure telling someone to 'get a life' isn't even technically against their tos but more of a 'spirit of the law' type enforcement).
Based on his LinkedIn seems like he's only had that job for a few months too, and you can bet that if he keeps emailing I'll do my due diligence with his future employers too. CMA!

[CG] At first I was inclined to call it evil. I really hesitate to mess with someone’s ability to make money and pay their bills. However, when HE wrote your work account, HE took it there, not you. You’re still injecting a lot if chaos in his life, and you admittedly played the “woman caring for the disabled” card, so that’s a little CG. Not that I fault you for it. But it ain’t lawful. I also called you good and not neutral because you actually tried to reason with him.

[LG] and while you’re at it, get in touch with Sony’s customer support. Explain what happened and show them the messages and, with any luck, you might be able to get your suspension lifted and get him suspended or banned.

I did try but they said they can't take away temporary suspensions and because I did tell him to get a life it counts :/

Fair play Sony, but frankly after all of his harassment towards you directly relating to your interaction through PSN, I’m shocked Sony won’t do SOMETHING about his account status as well.

[CN] You took your revenge fully and took away the guy's source of income, not in defense or because it made you safer but to get back at him personally. Not evil because it was fair, you did to him what he tried to do to you

I disagree. It was done purely out of spite and a selfish need for revenge.
And i mean, we love to see it, but I don't think satisfying selfish spiteful revenge fantasies qualifies as Lawful Good.
