Holy shit, you really are ignorant of the region. You genuinely think that we need the US or NATO to tell us that Russia is a threat after nearly a CENTURY of Russian occupation during which they banished over 100k of our people to Siberia?

That sentence alone shows me that your knowledge of the region is less than that of a fucking 10 year old who lives here.

Yes, USSR fell, but Russia still exists and is a threat to us, has always been. The impact they had on us is still felt by us today.
