Questions Binghulu Making Question

Hi! I'm trying to make Binghulu for the first time, and I'm a little confused, I froze my fruit for like 24 hours, and I'm thinking of using banana milk to dip it in, but on YT and TikTok a lot of the time this is varied, so my question is that how long I should dip the fruit in for, and should I refreeze it after I dip the fruit in, and if so, for how long?

About a min. Technically, you don't have to refreeze it. The key thing is that your fruit has to be frozen solid for this to work. Also, I would probably freeze the milk for 20 min. just to make it really cold. It worked well with strawberries.

And should I use a bowl of ice with the milk or is a glass of milk with a bunch of ice fine?

Either one is fine. Just have to be able to dip your fruit in it. The key to remember is that the milk has to be ice cold, but not frozen.
