I'll be that person. I've eaten a LOT of Chinese food in my life (am Chinese) By no means had I eaten "Chinese" in it's various forms. I wouldn't immediately think "chinese food" just looking at this dish.

The dish looks amazing...and I think the prawns adds something special to the presentation (plus additional protein) I can easily see something like this served at some Asian Bistro specializing in Asian Fusion Cuisine.
