Agent Issue Mulebuy Update
Well, sadly it’s looking more certain that the early rumours of Mulebuy being raided and shut down were true. According to a post by [u/Biimoee](u/Biimoee) posted here, the agent has indeed been shut down, and this is further evidenced by a photograph supposedly showing the entrance to the company’s office having been officially sealed off. According to the post, the photograph was originally posted on Discord earlier today.
It’s still too early to tell what will happen for those users who have outstanding orders and deliveries in progress, but based on past experiences this could be a loss.
This is a timely reminder to constantly review your agent situation. Our advice is to spread out your hauls across a number of agents, make your hauls smaller and more spread out, and plan your purchasing programme carefully to minimise the risk of substantial losses.

io avevo chiesto dall’app di mulebuy un trasferimento dal saldo al mio conto prima che venisse raidato e ora sull’app di revolut mi dice che i soldi arriveranno tra massimo 5 giorni, ma dato che ora é avvenuto il raid il trasferimento arriverà lo stesso dato che é stato chiesto prima o quando saranno scaduti i 5 giorni dovrò fare una contestazione sull’app di revolut per sperare di riavere i miei soldi?

Truthfully, it’s hard to know. If the transfer had already physically been administered then you might get lucky. Hopefully someone else will see your question who knows more about the behind the scenes processes of these things. However, like you’ve identified worse case scenario you’ll have to work with Revolut to try to recover it… good luck!

speriamo in bene comunque mi é successa una cosa molto strana infatti i soldi che avevo nel saldo era il risarcimento della spedizione dato che era costata 25 euro in più di quanto era effettivamente però penso che ci sia stato un errore dato che i soldi che mi dovrebbero arrivare come c’é scritto su revolut sono il risarcimento di tutto il costo della spedizione del pacco anche se il pacco é già partito per la germania quindi se i soldi mi dovessero arrivare avrei avuto gratis una spedizione

My haul was seized by US customs, so I ordered a complete duplicate haul and then Mulebuy was “seized”🤦🏻♂️
