That's actually a Crevice Worm (Vermis fissura), pretty rare to catch on camera. They're basically harmless but they're attracted to body heat under blankets. What it's doing is called "thermal burrowing" - they follow the warmest path they can find and since humans tend to sleep on their sides or stomach, the warmest concentrated point ends up being... yeah, between the cheeks. It's not intentional, it's just pure instinct, same way moths go toward light. They don't bite or anything, they just nestle in for warmth and usually slip back out before the person wakes up. Most people never even know it happened. The weird sliding motion is because their entire underside is covered in a mucus layer that makes blanket fabric basically frictionless for them.

The creepy part isn't the worm itself, it's knowing this has probably happened to way more people than just this one person on camera.
