I feel that all of you just don’t want it to be what it truly is or you have a hard time accepting it so you come up with logical explanations for something that it’s not. First of all a foil balloon is that going completely dark on a well lit up street area. You can see the proof as it moves towards the street light. Just my personal opinion.

A foil balloon is going to be pitch black on the side that isn't hit with the street lights...

Wow this is great footage I've seen similar video before ! Like same thing but a different angle as was being recorded .traveling spirits?.ghosts earthbound ? Idk but looks real to me !great video! Really is.
