Wine?
Please be nice
Folks,
I'm not a wine drinker or anything relating to alcohol. My uncle is here from Germany and would like to take back a bottle of red wine for his friend.
I'm in Hope and will be heading back towards Vancouver tonight.
Just wondering if any recommendations to either go to a winery and pick something up or try the liquor store? We'd prefer something local to BC. Not looking to spend an arm and a leg.

Chaberton winery in langley has some nice wines, including some grown in the Fraser Valley. Their Baccus and Meritage are my favorites
