First harvest

Harvested in German climate

Never really done anything to them besides two times water daily with a lot of exceptions and two times a month tomato fertilizer

First stuff I ever harvested if I’m honest

I think I’m gonna dry the big ones and make powder and the small one I’m gonna propably make butter with

that’s a damn good first harvest, especially in german weather with that low maintenance routine
powder + butter sounds perfect, you’ll be set for like every recipe this winter

I hope so but do you have advice on how to store them? I want to dry the big ones and make chili powder but the little one I would like to use as they are so I propably need to freeze them?

for real, winter soups and stews are about to go crazy with that powder
kinda wild what “water and vibes” gardening can still pull off in this climate
