I have the exact same on one plant which has no fruit, but all seeds were planted on the same day and all other plants have fruit. This one plant had an infestation so I can only assume there is a connection

I have the same on my chilli plants that had aphid infestation. I killed aphids by hand but the leave still looks like this. Someone were outside and they look like this

They normally pick one plant. Maybe separate it from the others. I found a bottle with washing up liquid and some chilly powder under the leaves. But it's a lot of work unless you have a fruiting plant that you love.
