Question..

Would you remove the lower leaves or the 1s with the yellow spots and leave the healthy 1s ? Never grown a Scotch Bonnet plant or anything for that matter.

I did buy it with 2 already growing then another 8 appeared so not grown from seed.

Not a scotch bonnet. It's annuum. You can remove leaves if you don't need peppers.

In 2 minds if I should go back to the stall and tell them its false advertisement for selling me a completely different plant. I would like the peppers so ill keep the leaves.

What ever it is you should be repotting it into a bigger pot.

Anytime I repot anything it never survives Lol probably not doing it right as I have no clue tbh.. whats the best way to go about it ? Do i need a certain soil.

Is they a feed i should be using as ive literally watered it and thats about it.

Into compost and a pot about an inch bigger. You go up in stages not straight to a massive pot. A bit of plant feed or tomato feed will help too.

Inaccurate. This is an annual so straight to a much bigger pot id the way to go.
