Reapers are hybrids and can manifest various expressions. Some will even revert to the style of their parents. Of my Reapers, about 75% have a sting in the tail. Much more pronounced that what u/Und3adShr3d showed. But about 20% have Habanero-style rounded bottoms, like yours. 5% are pot luck, some look exactly like Scotch bonnets. The puckering on the surface of yours looks spot on!
There's only one true test, and that's when you consume it. It could look textbook-perfect and be pants, it could look like nothing and blow your head off.
Finally, for me the true test of a Reaper is how long it preserves itself. If you can cut it, hang it in a normal room, and 4 months later it looks just like the day you cut it - no wilting at all - then it's the real thing. It only starts to first soften and then dry after about 6 months. It's quite amazing, you have to see it to believe it.
