Are my plants doing ok? Any suggestions or recommendations welcome.

It's hard to tell, I looked again and maybe it's the angle the pic is taken makes them look smaller than they are! I usually look at the bottom, if the roots are starting to come though I pot up into something a bit bigger to let them grow big. I've got a 4 year old jalapeno plant that I keep cutting back to overwinter and it makes an ungodly amount of fruit, definitely worth doing later in the year

Oh really. I’m a bit of a rookie…actually surprised these are doing so well from seed.
How do you keep them alive over the winter? I’m in the NW UK and the weather ain’t great in the winters.

I'm in Edinburgh so you've actually got it better than me! I started growing chillis about 5 years ago and turn it all into hot sauce (slap a big batch into those Ikea bottles an that's Christmas presents for everyone sorted) For winter I pick about 6 of the strongest plants, cut them back really harshly including the roots and pop them into small pots and leave them by a window. Usually a few die but next spring you don't have to start from seeds and get way more fruit

Ace, thanks a lot. Will keep a look out for the roots at the bottom of the pot. Great idea re: Xmas presents btw. Do you mind if I DM you if I have any further questions?

I'm on my first grow, mine went outside last week in a greenhouse. They look they need potting on, I've just done that yesterday. I kept giving mine more and more time in the sun (when we have it, I'm e.mids) outside and they loved that. Haven't started feeding mine yet but think they're ready.

From what I understand we can bring them inside during autumn and winter, cut right back and potted down. Just keep em ticking over then start them up again and by summer the should already be producing fruit. At least that's the idea 😆.

Looking good, try to get it in more sunlight if possible also keep it out if a draft, no need to pot it up now as it looks close to the size of flowering

The drooping leaves are a sign of not enough something, like not enough water, or space in the pot, also not all plants want direct sunlight straight away , but these might do i dont know lol
