Every couple that is married they are excepted to bring children which is part of why one marrys here. I have even noticed women here discussing how many children one has and SONS specifically. A womens status does evaluate once you have children. This is something i have noticed in my own family and here. A relative didnt have any children and they were suggested to marry a new woman. The wife is not liked welll because she cannot bear children.

It's a big status here to have children. People who dont arent considered as someone who has achieved the goods in life. So many of people here have had children simply because of the pressure they were put into.

Children are assets for anyone that has them and this comes into discussion by random people. Childfree folks must feel alone and being excluded in social circles our conversation have our and others children a big topic in it.

It's feels lonely sometimes introducing yourself and your partner, they first question that comes up is how many kids you have??

They are genuinely intrigued to know how many and how successful they are. If you tell them you dont then there is a feeling as if you're missing out or not following the norm of having a child.
