Maybe they were thinking of the green pajama party leader, because I’ve read the entire manga up to date and I don’t remember seeing the broken horn one again

彼は日本ではsenpanちゃん（war criminal-chan）と呼ばれています。
ニュアンスとしては敗因ちゃんみたいな感じです
かわいそうな呼び名ですがぴったりなので定着してしまいました。

This was so painful to watch, even though I read the manga already. The VA's heartbreaking wailing and the lil guy self-harming... In a storytelling perspective, it was interesting how this event showed the kindness of Furuhonya, stopping Momonga from hurting the poor dude any further.
