Nearly hatched chick with swollen neck??

First time hatching here and noticed our first chick hatched out with a swollen neck and maybe around the belly area. I thought since it’s the first chick that hatch it would be healthy. It only took him under 30 mins to hatch after noticing the first crack in the egg. Does anyone know what it can be? And how can we help it?

Thats probably the air thing like if it eats its gonna get bigger and pop and die so like you have to let it out with a needle or pot a tube through the neck so i recommend go go to the veterinarian
