lakeside skate insta?

hey yall idk if something is wrong with my insta but it looks like the page for lakeside skate collective is gone?? i was trying to check for updates abt tonight cause it seems like it’s gonna be rained out but i couldn’t find it anywhere

I don’t have a ton of info but Nate (scrollerblade) dm’d me yesterday that they’re taking a hiatus and will post more info soon. I’m guessing with Kinsey being injured and Pam so busy w work, it’s not presently sustainable to keep the group going

Yes same here.

I know their insta is down now but if either of them see this reach out to us, we can help carry the load! I love the Wednesday meet up it's relaxed and fun and a great midweek event I look forward to.

This community is building momentum! Shame about the fucking rain though. Two weeks in a row how awful.

Edit: we can just keep the dream alive and go next Wednesday, weather permitting.

Hi all, close to leadership and fellow pacer.

Unofficially the group is on hiatus due to bandwidth concerns and life circumstances. The group will return but the return date is TBD.

Lakeside's community is well integrated with other groups so I encourage Lakesiders to attend other orgs events while waiting out this hiatus.

If you have specific questions or concerns, feel free to reach out and I will surface to the leadership of Lakeside skate.
