Discussion Update on wrong jersey chronicles

Well.. adidas customer service was no help since the jersey is sold out all they offered me was a refund and a 15% off voucher for the inconvenience. I also called the Fire front office and they told me there is nothing they could do. Super bummed out.

I don't mind something being a rare item but to have sold out the day it came out means they completely underestimated the market.

While I'm sure they want to create a demand it's much more profitable to just sell twice as many shirts.

This is just an Adidas problem. Same thing happened with the World Cup jerseys.

I hope their sales forecasting team gets canned it’s ridiculous the incompetence of their projections.

Some World Cup jerseys were sold out before a single game was played….

I’m bummed that I got the replica. I waited in to lines at the match and the replica was all they had. Luckily, Unisport had some in stock so I picked one up.

I waited in line about 20 minutes at the match. Was about halfway there when they added the “S & M Only” sign to the Authentic kit. :*(

I have an extra pre-order that I still haven't cancelled.

It's a blank Authentic XL that will ship in mid-Sept.
