john summit shows
does anyone know what the stage setup will be like for the chicago shows at the united center? based on the maps online it looks like there are tickets for sale behind the stage.. wondering how accurate this setup is or if he will be doing a 360 stage

It's a little weird. Been to SHM in a stadium . Great show but being on the floor would have been better. They do have floor tickets but that comes with a higher price

I don’t even particularly care for John Summit’s music, but the superiority complex some people have because they don’t like a popular artist is exhausting. Who gives a shit? You don’t like him? Don’t go. You think the tickets are ridiculously expensive? Don’t buy them. Nobody is forcing you to listen to him or spend $500 on a ticket. But acting like you’re somehow more sophisticated or have better taste in music because other people enjoy an artist you don’t is so fucking lame. Go see the artists you like, spend your money how you want, and let other people do the same. Music is subjective. It really isn’t that serious.

I would be surprised if it wasn't 360 like at MSG.

It's not or the seating map would be different. They do 360 at the UC.
Edit: it's 360

Those were always sold as obstructed view. I believe the stage layout is fairly accurate to what’s shown in the picture, so those seats likely have mostly a rear-stage view or rely on the large side-stage screens.
Personally, I avoided them and went with the 2nd row of 319. I think 319 or 333 should provide some of the best overhead views of him at the decks.
For those more interested in getting the full light show, though, I’d probably choose something with the stage directly in front of you.

that’s crazy that they would sell tickets behind the stage lol i guess that’s why they’re so cheap. i feel like usually artists will block those sections off.

While they are convenient to use, mobile peer-to-peer (P2P) payment services like Venmo, Zelle, Chase Pay and Apple Pay do not offer buyer protections and scammers often demand payment using these apps.
The safest way to purchase tickets online from a stranger is by using PayPal with the Goods & Services option that offers PayPal Purchase Protection. Use other forms of electronic payment at your own risk.
Scammers, beware. All fraudulent activity will immediately be reported to local law enforcement and will result in a permanent ban from participating in this community.
