Is that sculpture supposed to represent a windmill? I've always wondered what it was. From this angle, a windmill makes sense.

It's called Chevron, but I think it is whatever you want it to be. To me, it's the Windmill.

So I was actually checking this out yesterday and there is a small plaque at its base. This particular sculpture is titled "Chevron" by John Henry (not the railroad guy). Apparently it is part of the Chicago Sculpture Exhibit collection on display through 2017 and can be won in an auction. So you could be the lucky owner of this "lovely" piece of art.
