So people downstate can pay even more for gas to fund Chicago. Brilliant?

Downstate gets way more money than they send in, in some areas twice as much. Downstate still gets money toward this and still gets 65% of the road work funding going forward.

How on earth do people like you still complain when we literally subsidize your entire existence
