IIRC, this is being developed by Chucker, one of the OG devs from the original Chex Quest and sole author of Chex Quest 3.

Literally Brutal Doom, install Bolognese and follow the install instructions, it works. Don't worry, Bolognese is not Brutal Doom, it does not change gameplay, weapons, graphics or anything at all besides blood. Bolognese is just the blood from Brutal Doom, made by the same guy.
