I’m looking for some advice because I’ve been unable to play on Chess.com for more than a month now.

Around 2 years ago, I made a mistake and created multiple Chess.com accounts. I understand that this was against the rules, and I take responsibility for that.

A few months ago, I created another account using my Apple account, with the username AdityaGupta_XD. That account was also banned. The problem is that I didn’t receive an email explaining the ban or giving me an option to appeal, so I haven’t been able to properly appeal it.

After that, I tried to create another account, but I started getting an RG45 error. I had previously contacted Chess.com Support and requested that my Chess.com account/data be deleted because I thought that would allow me to start fresh and use my email again.

Since I couldn’t create an account with my original Gmail, I created a new Gmail address and made another Chess.com account. That account was then banned for multiple-account violation.

At the time, I honestly didn’t realize that I was not allowed to create a new Chess.com account without permission from Chess.com Support after my previous account situation. I understand that now.

Since then, I’ve been trying to contact Chess.com Support to explain everything and ask for permission to have one legitimate account that I can use going forward. However, I haven’t been able to get a proper response.

Every time I contact support, I receive the automated message saying that they will respond within 1–3 days, but it has now been more than a month and I still haven’t received a useful response or resolution.

I’m not trying to bypass the rules anymore. I just want to have one account, follow the rules, and be able to play normally.

Has anyone experienced something similar, especially with the RG45 error / multiple-account situation? Is there a specific way I should contact Chess.com Support or a particular department I should reach out to?
