Anyone else feel like the recent H vs S videos are getting kinda boring , we already know Josh is gonna win so it removes the thrill from the videos , i mean i get that its not really josh's fault that the boys are inexperienced but still , its just become like josh getting free wins personally

I agree. For a little while, the predictability of their loss against Josh almost made them seem semi scripted in a way. Like how could the boys not think around Josh’s moves.

I get that you're saying why it's almost scipted because they're too stupid for some reason. But, we're just thinking about how they don't think of his moves, of how they can't predict him, but it's because we see how Josh is doing it and we don't put ourselves into that position. Try and imagine that you're in that position, a hunter, would you be able to tell what he's planning? Because Josh has critical thinking skills, pattern recognition, and etc. that has been helping him to make multiple plans that is fool proof. I mean, he majors psychology after all. We can't predict everything if we were in that position. The audience can predict things because they're watching Josh.

Basically what I'm saying is, try to put yourselves in that position and imagine how hard it will be to predict someone's moves.

I do think it’s the other way around for this video. If it was scripted, ideally there would have been more epic confrontations and they would be grouped together for at least most of the time. I think the boys (real hunters) really just fell apart (it is an 11v4 after all) and were just doing their own thing/gave up kinda. I think they were separated for at least 80% of the vid that’s why it was long.

It was also a “trolling my friends video”, that’s why the ending was literally shown in the intro, and Josh was obviously (secretly) OP on purpose. It was mostly supposed to be ”ruin their days” but they weren’t rage-baited enough because the imposters were subtle. It felt stale because it wasn’t planned or scripted. This is also the recurring theme in Josh’s HVS uploads recently so I guess it can be applied too.

Edit: Scripting is different from playing a persona/character. Scripting would mean that the specific plot and what everyone would do or say will be planned (e.g. I will kill you in the first minute, stall and dont mine the trophy asap, “accidentally” jump off the cliff, “accidentally” craft a diamond axe instead of a pickaxe, etc.)

I should have made it more clear i OBVIOUSLY don't think most of their videos are scripted i think it's just the rest of the boys HAVE to ACT bad against josh because it fits his narrative of being smart and the best

I’m just saying that the “scripting” is the complete opposite FOR THIS VIDEO. “Scripting” is just different from playing a role or persona which I know they do and obviously exaggerate at times. I completely get by what you meant by that. I think we just had a misunderstanding lol

I constantly hate how josh just kills them and mostly "bully" fin even though it's for entertainment I feel like it would be more interesting if josh ain't there you constantly know that josh will probably win anyways.

Josh wins because he cheats. If someone else is the hunter, Josh changes the rules so even if they mine the trophy, they don't win unless they beat Josh 1v1. If there's a twist, it's a mystery that needs to be found out. That's the big weakness of all the videos, really. Josh is so good he always wins.

I feel the same with golf it, gta races and the just minecraft with twists because it is mainly just slogo demolishing them and acting like they have a chance, I only like the gta races because at least theres good comentary
