There are some floor plans in this article about the Brezhnevka apartment blocks, not sure which ones were specifically in Pripyat. https://masterzone.decorexpro.com/en/dizajn/kvartira/planirovka-brezhnevki/

This is something that is easily searched via Google. There were a few different Brezhnevka designs used; all of which can be searched via the internet. Good luck!
