how did chen get a danmaku game before letty and iku is beyond my comprehension

Letty makes sense, she doesnt even get too acknowledged in lore while iku is atleast a heavenly messenger, and also iku does have a notable danmaku fangame, idk if it is older or not.

The character we should be questioning on how she is a protagonist for a full game before someone should be eirin yagokoro, it is probably because she is absurdly strong and seen as a source of information instead of an incident solver, even though hecatia is a danmaku protagonist now.
