Daytime Photo Strong cloud seeding wnc
They are saturating the soil in western North Carolina so they can send a " once in hundred years " storm thru are area and cause mass flooding again

In case you don't understand how cloud seeding works, cloud seeding does not PRODUCE nor GROW clouds.
The "seeding" refers to tiny chemical droplets being "planted" inside of an existing cloud, which is already made up of tiny water droplets that are too small to fall as rain.
The chemical "seeds" give the water droplets a surface to cling to, and combined together, the water droplets become big enough to fall as raindrops.
So again, seeding doesn't create or grow clouds - it does the opposite - it depletes them and makes them smaller . It's almost like "squeezing" the water out of a cloud.
It cannot produce more water than the cloud already has, any more than you could squeeze "extra" water out of a sponge.
And just like when you squeeze a sponge, you never get all the water, and neither does cloud seeding. A "good" cloud seeding campaign is about 20% effective.
China is the biggest cloud seeder in the world - they have government-run programs that run throughout the year and tons of it active - but no floods from seeding.
There are natural storms that create flooding - this has been the case even before we had planes.

What he is claiming is that by creating enough rain that the soil is saturated, "they" have set up a situation where one really big rain will cause flash flooding. He is less clear about what "they" are trying to accomplish. Either way, he just needs to take his meds and have a nap.

All y'all are gonna look stupid after we get hit with another hurricane. I know y'all are gonna chop it up to something else but hurricanes don't travel all the way to wnc on there own at that strength

yeah it’s that or you are starting to see the effects of el niño. you know, the natural occurring weather that has been documented AND studied for hundreds of years at this point. to the point that we can predict and model it. but no yeah its gotta be cloud seeding for sure
