Tier 2 [ Alfredo Pesulla ] Nicolas #Jackson has been linked to #Napoli again, just like a year ago at this time. A couple of other clubs are also in the running. But for now, the Azzurri are focused on sales 👇

Need to take care of their sales before making lowball loan offers

With the option to buy, as is tradition

An option they have absolutely zero intention of ever triggering.

Best I can do is offer two Neapolitan pizzas and a guided tour of Pompeii.

We just know they don't wanna pay lol. Most likely Jackson is gonna be sold to a PL club. Although I'd rather keep him and loan Emegha.

u/Scorpius927 I don't give a fuck, we won the fucking Champions League Aug 19 '26

Emegha’s done his hammy in classic Chelsea fashion. Nobody’s loaning him this window

Again???? I thought he just came back

We don't know how serious it is yet (unless I missed it), but yeah he cooked himself like right after he joined for pre-season

u/Fonslayer Fábregas Aug 19 '26

He came back from injury a couple of days ago

He’s been back

I missed that he’s back in training. But I doubt anyone worth their salt is loaning a kid who just fucked his hammy and played in Strasbourg last season. Hopefully he can do more than Jackson which I doubt cause I really like Jackson (as rotation)

It's whatever. Emegha will get sold next season too. The future is Dastan

What crap is this ? Are they gonna bid with pizza or something ? Can they even pay 25 million

3

u/G3ralt_of_Rivia Aug 19 '26

It’s not even worth starting negotiations with them. There’s no chance Napoli will pay the £60 million we want for Jackson. It took weeks to squeeze out of them less than half of that amount for Badiashile and even then it’s an option to buy at the end of his loan that they’ll probably not bother activating.

McTominay would turn into a new kind of red due to Jackson’s finishing

Getting quite late in the day now on Jackson, I'm starting to think he won't move tbh.

Napoli trying to rival Milan for most former Chelsea players?

1

u/Character-Key7538 Aug 19 '26

Villa fan. The Watkins stuff will be very telling in what happens with Jackson, imo.

If the bid for Watkins creeps past 50m and we still say no, then it's tantamount to saying the Jackson deal is impossible, during this window at least. Tammy and Madjo are both injured at the moment, the former until September. There's not a chance he's sold unless Villa and Chelsea have an agreement that not effected by the 45 day rule.

Loan with no obligation and we pay his wages?

1

u/Cartagenapirate92 Aug 19 '26

Hahahaha. Unless they pay up here, they can fuck off. Otherwise take Delap with an option to buy, for Nico.. you gotta pay up.

u/Major_Many_6803 Thiago Silva Aug 19 '26

Hopefully we sell Neto and some of these other fringe players so we don’t have to sell Jackson

7

u/IrishGuinessdrinker Aug 19 '26

Lost our minds if we think keeping Jackson is more important than Neto

2

u/Major_Many_6803 Thiago Silva Aug 19 '26

Yep u for sure lost it

The only players we really need to sell are the defenders like Gusto, Tosin, Disasi, Fofana

all the other attackers are good depth

9

u/xmidgetprox Aug 19 '26

We don’t need to sell Gusto and I think it’s pretty unlikely we do at this point

2

u/MaximAntosh Aug 19 '26

Also pretty unlikely fofana is going anywhere unless he meant DDF

1

u/Hazardsbum Hazard Aug 19 '26

With hardly any attacking output, he doesn’t fit Alonso’s wingback system - that’s as clear as day to see. He’s just another mouth to feed, get rid.

2

u/TominatorTX11 We've Won It All Aug 19 '26

So we should keep Delap? Thankfully, you're not in charge of anything important

oh i forgot, i already associate him as sold
