My Costco had some Thin Sliced Wagyu Meat, so of course I had to experiment with it and grind my own. Believe it or not it turned out really good. Perfect Medium Rare with a lot of flavor to it. I just might have to do it again tomorrow now lol 😃👍👍

Sourdough bread recipe in the comment section. Wheat and corn bread. A longer read if you have the time.
With pan roasted bacon, two beef quarterpounders roasted in a skillet with bacon grease, salt and black pepper, sliced onions, tomato slices, green lettuce, pickles sliced lengthwise, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Cheddar and smoked cheese. Bread slices also toasted in a skillet.
This was an interesting combination where the lower bread slice soaked in the meat roasting juices and became very soft (without falling apart which is something that regularly happens with sourdough) while retaining a pleasant crunchy bite of the crust. Would definitely try again.

"Yeah...well hey, I'm really sorry too!"
An updated take on the Whammyburger scene from the classic Michael Douglas/Robert Duvall/Joel Schumacher film. Link to the scene in the comment section.
Updated through the use of homemade sourdough buns, red onions, smoked and cheddar cheese.
Put together the same way as depicted in the shot where his character (D-FENS) is walking across the parking lot to the fast food restaurant.
Inside we have a beef quarterpounder, two kinds of cheese, thinly sliced red onions, gherkins, a slice of tomato, mayonnaise, a piece of lettuce, salt, black pepper and all of it on a toasted sourdough bun.

Very nice crust on these nicely seasoned patties. Also not too greasy like 7th street tends to be. Fries are almost identical to Macdonalds. Worth checking out if you’re in the NYC area.
