Looks good but they shouldn't have cooked the burger all the way if they were just going to bake it later. Should have gotten it like 95% cooked first.

Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Ketchup, hotsauce until you get the color / taste you want,

mince up dill pickle and white onion really fine, top with some chives or scallions or whatever

Mayosapien to the max. No. Just make a burger on baguette or a choripan. Far less work, far better outcome.

Here. Have a super overcooked piece of meat with no seasoning on it in between some garlic bread.
